Job RequirementsGeological mapping, interpretation and project work to better understand a structurally complex orebody.Generating wireframes and associated block models.Provide ongoing supervision, mentoring and coaching to Mine Geologists and Geological Assistants to improve individual development and capability, and enhance employee engagement and productivity.Co-ordinate the underground drill sites for exploratory and grade control drilling programs and supervise drilling / mining contractors where applicable.Validate data collected and ensure that data compiled is geologically sensible through paper-based and digital interpretation of core logs, importantly including comparison of new information with relevant historic results and interpretations.Continually seek to improve the effectiveness of Geology Department processes and systems through on going evaluation of concepts, methods and procedures.Essential CriteriaBSc degree or MSc in Geological / Geosciences.Operational experience within different geological terrains.Strong analytical skills, with a focus on Continuous Improvement.Ability to develop leadership and sound personnel management skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.Interpersonal skills required to supervise drilling contractors.Modelling Software proficiency (preferably Vulcan).Administration and Microsoft Office Skills.How to ApplyBridge Resources acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we operate and pay our respects to Elders past, present and future.
