Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to :

• Proactively identify and establish new business and referral opportunities, leveraging networks within Roma, Goondiwindi, Dalby, and referral partners to meet income targets.
• Implement targeted local sales campaigns to promote bank products and services to small business owners in the region.
• Prepare and submit business lending proposals outside your authority with full justification, including industry and business analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
