Based in Perth, this role is suited to professionals who thrive in brownfield environments and enjoy mentoring junior team members while managing multiple projects across all lifecycle phases.Key RequirementsExtensive experience in brownfield oil & gas or similar infrastructure sectorsStrong proficiency in electrical design (equipment sizing, HV / MCCs, etc.

Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skillsFamiliarity with Australian Standards, HAZOPs, and hazardous areasTUV Functional Safety and / or Hazardous Area certification (highly regarded)ResponsibilitiesDeliver and review detailed electrical design work in line with standardsMentor junior engineers and review their project deliverablesLead or participate in HAZOPs, design reviews, and safety workshopsContribute to project estimates, scopes, and schedulesOversee quality and sustainability of engineering solutionsCoordinate with other disciplines and manage change processesAbout Our ClientOur client is a major project delivery firm with a strong track record in the oil & gas sector.
