Centrally located at out Head Office in the Melbourne CBD, you form part of a wider team to ensure that our services and customers are in receipt of the staffing support they require. You will be on a rotating roster between 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with occasional potential to pick up After Hours (5pm-10pm) rostering shifts / weekend 9am-3pm shifts & 1st line Oncall support.
- About You
- We are looking for passionate individuals who are able to build strong, trusted and positive relationships with our Team members, support workers and customers and will demonstrate;
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Prior experience with Salesforce and Kronos rostering systems will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly team player with an ability to build relationships with all key stakeholders (Service managers, DSWs, clients and their families, etc.)
- Proven experience in Rostering or a similar role, preferred
