Safety Graduate

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

As a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor, you will have the opportunity to

• Drive projects to identify and mitigate risks across operations.
• Improve and enhance onsite safety procedures for a secure workplace.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance - Stay updated on safety regulations and enforce compliance.
• Integrate environmental considerations into safety practices.
• Cultivate Safety-Conscious Culture : Advocate for safety awareness and accountability at all levels.

Eligibility Criteria :

• A genuine passion for Safety within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution,
• Australian / NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights,
• Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2025).
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
