About the roleJoin a team of passionate Supervisors delivering individual and group supervision. Contribute to the growth and development of a national team of community-based Psychologists. Leverage your experience to inspire and mentor a new generation of health professionals. This is a part-time minimum 3 days / week or full-time opportunity. Reporting to the National Clinical Supervisor Manager.
In this role, you will :
Support, monitor and evaluate the development of provisional psychologists who are completing the 4+2 or 5+1 pathway as paid clinical staff with Humanity Health GroupProvide clinical guidance, mentoring and training to registered early career psychologists or those completing an endorsement programMentor, guide and facilitate the clinical skills of post-graduate university students completing a psychology externship placement with Humanity Health GroupProactively develop Learning & Development content for delivery to teams within the organisationAbout youIn order to thrive in this role, it's essential that you have :
Current General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRAAHPRA accreditation as a Board Approved Supervisor5+ years experience working as a PsychologistExcellent communication, written and executive functioning skillsDesirable :
Current endorsement (Clinical, Counselling, Health, Ed & Dev) and approval to supervise those wishing to complete a registrar pathwayAccreditation to provide supervision to higher degree studentsPrevious experience teaching in postgraduate psychologyEarly childhood experienceExperience in disability or complex careBehaviour Support Practitioner supervision experienceWhat we offerIt's our people-centric health, wellbeing and development initiatives that separate us from the rest.
