Job descriptionExperience in big box or large-format retail leadership is highly desirable. Previous team leadership experience with up to 20 staff members. Strong financial skills, including P&L, trends, and forecasting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage high stock volumes. Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and management team in all business areas.
- Lead by example, coaching and training your team effectively.
- Manage product inventory and department operations end-to-end.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences are delivered.
