Now we are expanding our programs and services to further support Belgravia and provide our programs and services beyond Belgravia.The RoleAre you a passionate sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the education sector? Here we are! Belgravia Academy is on the hunt for a driven and dynamic Sales and Partnerships Consultant to join our team. You'll be responsible for securing enrolment sales and acquiring and nurturing business partnerships. Working closely with all of our team, including a new Marketing and Partnerships Consultant, and the Digital Brand Manager, while reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities include :
- Meet enrolment sales targets and analyse sales performance
- Identify and target potential leads for sales and partnerships
- Foster and maintain existing relationships and partnerships.
- Contribute to sales strategies and digital and B2B marketing strategies
- Implement lead generation and promotional campaigns
- Align sales plans and activity with enrolment targets
- Enhance brand visibility and network with businesses to source new partnerships and generate enrolments.
- Record keeping and reporting on activity and progress.
Requirements include :
- Proven experience in sales and relationship building, preferably within the education sector.
- Knowledge of the VET Quality framework and funding contracts.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, concepts and activity.
- Proven sales track record - working to targets, delivering outcomes
- Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software
- Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to cold call and generate new business opportunities
- Proven ability to devise and implement sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and partnership building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective networking capabilities
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
