What You’ll Do

You’ll make sure the team is focused on delivering work that brings real value, not just to the business, but also to the people who use our products.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to align on the product vision and strategy, and you’ll act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process. Alongside delivering great experiences, you’ll also ensure customer care, risk, and compliance are thoughtfully considered in everything we do.

What You'll Bring

A hands-on doer, who is passionate about solving real customer problems and delivering measurable business impact, to succeed you’ll bring :

• Proven experience leading cross-functional and scrum teams to deliver products that meet customer needs
• Experience creating and executing product roadmaps that drive commercial and customer outcomes
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to assess commercial value and prioritise backlog items accordingly
• Expertise in translating customer needs into clear requirements aligned to product and business strategy
• Deep understanding of agile product development processes, including supporting delivery teams through sprints
• Strong capability in preparing products for market launch and managing the full product lifecycle
• A customer-first attitude with a focus on quality digital experiences and delivering maximum value
