Specific requirements of the role :
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in leading projects and working with different stakeholders at all levels, including the executive level to deliver result
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to end business and ICT projects in an Agile team using established methodologies and appropriate project management tools
- Strong delivery management skills including the ability to :
- lead Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, develop and monitor project performance, budget and schedule; and
- report on project progress to key stakeholders.
- Qualification in delivery management or project management (desirable but not essential), and / or demonstrated experience in ICT delivery management as a delivery manager or project manager.
