• About the Project
• Responsibilities
• Manage construction projects from beginning to end
• Work closely with project managers, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and working efficiently
• Ensure that all construction work is completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Ensuring site WH&S, compliance and security
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance
• Hold meetings with crew to communicate and train teams / individuals to the companies expectations of safety, quality, and timeline standards
• Requirements
• Valid QLD Building Licence Required
• White card Required
• Proven experience as a Builder, 3-4 years preferable
• Strong project management skills
• Great leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and apart of a team
• HR Truck Licence not required but appreciated
• Job Types
