Salary : MP Year 1-2 $212,681 - $222,412 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, 11.5% superannuation, and professional development allowance)

This Recruitment Pool is for a 2.0 Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months, with 6 months in Human Factors and 6 months in General Anaesthesia.

Position ProfileThis role will interface with the DAPM Clinical Leads and the Director of Operations for the Centre of Excellence in Healthcare Human Factors to assist Royal Perth Bentley Group in achieving its vision of becoming Australia's safest healthcare group. Provides and promotes high quality and patient-centred care to patients under the supervision of consultant medical staff. Works in accordance with the Hospital's core values of Commitment, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (CARE). Provides training, supervision, and education for Registrars, Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), and Interns. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, works to achieve National, State, and EMHS performance standards and the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards.
