We're searching for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our Outsourced Accounting team at the Brisbane office. Whether you're starting your accounting journey or aspiring to progress within our team, potentially evolving into a management accountant role, this opportunity is well-suited. It also welcomes those who are content contributing effectively in the current position.
About the role
Entering Accounts Payable using Dext into Xero.
Experience with payroll is advantageous.
Providing general office administration support.
About you
Demonstrated office administration experience (within the professional services industry and / or a Chartered Accounting firm is highly regarded).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
Previous experience using Xero is highly desired but not essential.
High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
A driven individual, who has a genuine desire to help people and a focus on exceeding personal, as well as the wider team's goals.
