Description
The Rostering & Scheduling Officer is responsible for developing fit for purpose rostering models to improve rostering processes and practices across the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) (Queensland Section). The Rostering and Scheduling Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Flying Operations, Manager of Flight Standards, Operations Control Centre (OCC) and Pilot Leadership Team. The position plays a crucial role in coordinating training events and operational rosters for all RFDS (Queensland Section) Pilots. Working closely with the OCC team, this role contributes to operational outputs and assists the Operations Manager in maintaining efficient service delivery.
