We are looking for a Program Support Worker to join our team and support the Support for Carers and Additional Respite Programs in the beautiful regions of Inner and Outer Gippsland.
As a Program Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by providing customer service and administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, consumers, community members, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders involved with the Support for Carers and Additional Respite Programs.
- Coordinate and procure goods and services for carers and care recipients.
- Liaise with carers and care recipients regarding their service preferences.
- Prepare for group programs and maintain efficient office systems to ensure accountable administration.
- Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements of the programs are completed and submitted to the program manager in a timely manner.
- Provide administration support and data entry to client management systems and databases, updating forms as required.

- About you
You will have a Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable). You will also have :
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential)
- Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work with mínimal supervision and under pressure
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback
