Reporting to the VIC Service Team Leader for Smart Infrastructure, you will be required to complete technical oriented service work of various scopes and provide support in planning and managing these works at various levels. You will be required to work on a multitude of sites around Melbourne and will be available for after hours and on call support as part of this role.
You will also be responsible for a broad scope of technical tasks which include preventative maintenance tasks, reactive service calls, evaluation of customer's equipment and assisting with site OH&S audits, among others. You will provide input into technical design and development for service offerings, along with estimating, planning, and reviewing of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management.
