CLLIX Apartments & Hotels currently has an opportunity available for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Brisbane Apartments and Hotels.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our ever-growing team, based in Melbourne.

What your day looks like

Conducting the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained to the highest level according to our company standards.

Providing timely and professional customer service to our guests.

Maintain the cleanness of your workspace and equipment.

Work with cleaning chemicals and equipment where necessary to provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

And Compliance with all OH&S regulations as required and applicable.

Gerni usage (floors, walls etc);

Vacuuming / mopping / sweeping.

Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager.

To be successful you'll need.

Previous Housekeeping Attendant experience within a hotel / apartment setting would be highly regarded.

Strong verbal communication skills.excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety.

A friendly customer service demeanour, and a keen eye for detail

Task management. Will demonstrate a can-do

Efficient time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Genuine commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail.

Enjoy working within a diverse team, and autonomously.

Responsible and flexible approach to work, must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key
