Employment Type : Ongoing, Full-TimeAbout the Position An exciting opportunity exists at Drug Health Services for a permanent full-time Operations Lead to support the implementation and operational management of Western Health's Addiction Medicine and Integrated Care services.
Key areas of oversight include : Hamilton Centre Partner Provider : as part of a state wide network, this service supports people with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to access integrated, inclusive, holistic care by providing training, primary and secondary consultations across the West Metro, Southwest and Grampian regions.Addiction Medicine Outpatient Clinics : DHS operate several Addiction Medicine outpatient clinics within the western metropolitan region, including Footscray Hospital, Melton Health Hub, and Melton Mental Health & Wellbeing Local.Key responsibilities : Provide daily operational management of the services above.Ensure achievement of program KPIs and strategic goalsEnsure efficient and effective working relationships with key stakeholdersSupport team members to deliver high quality, innovative and evidence-based interventions in line with Western Health's Values and Best Care framework.About You The successful applicant will have :
