Strata Manager

Part of a well known, successful brand operating all across NSW.

Located in the heart of the Sutherland shire in an office boasting state of the art meeting and boardrooms, along with unmetered on street parking. Hybrid / work from home options also available.

We are seeking someone to step into a Junior Manager role and take on a smaller Portfolio and be part of an amazing company.

Their well established process allows them to provide higher levels of service and transparency.

• THE ROLE
• Managing a small well managed portfolio (around 30-40 buildings)
• Present a solid understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to strata management.
• Communicating daily with several Owners Corporations, BMC's, Contractors and Owners.
• Prepare, attend and run your own AGM's.
• Obtain quotes from contractors and can relay and communicate technical with Owners Corporations.
• Organise insurance and preparation of annual budgets.
• Previous experience within Strata industry required
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with a great 'can do' attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong ability to multitask Interest in becoming a Strata Manager
