Salary Range :  $84,077-$121,092 per annum pending experience + $12,648 ML Allowance + Super

Classification : Middle Leadership - Tier 2

About the role

Southern Cross Catholic College   is seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Leader - VET.  This is a Full-time, Permanent role. The Program Leader supports the College’s mission by leading teaching and learning in the VET / RTO area. This role ensures high-quality student outcomes and effective teaching practices through supervision, data-driven decision making, and the development of strong partnerships. The Program Leader also manages resources responsibly to support program success.  This is a Full Time, Permanent Teaching role with a Fixed-Term Appointment to Acting Leader until January 2027 and the role commences on Monday 14 July 2025 .
