The successful applicant will lead eSafety's planning and reporting program over the next 12 months.
You will contribute to and coordinate input into eSafety's Corporate Plan, Annual Report and Annual Performance Statement. You will provide updates to executives and internal committees on progress, as well as review and edit contributions from across the organisation.
To be successful you will be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across eSafety and be able to communicate requirements to business areas. Planning ahead is essential to provide contributors enough time to meet requirements, provide input and manage workloads.
You will also be comfortable in a secretariat role to an internal committee that meets four times a year. This will involve developing an agenda, coordinating contributions from other teams, allocating and tracking action items, attending meetings and drafting minutes.
The eSafety Commissioner is a small, high profile regulatory agency. As part of a small, flexible team, you will have the opportunity to take the lead and own processes from beginning to end. Innovation is encouraged and we are always looking for ways to reduce the burden on our colleagues. Development and training opportunities are provided and well supported by all eSafety executives.
