TCWA are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our successful team based at our Forrestfield head office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant & Administration Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with the sales administration process for our New Trucks Sales team.

This role requires someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Processing the sales administration of new trucksProviding administrative support to the sales teamAssisting with month end processes and ad hoc reportsCompleting the licensing and paperwork of new vehiclesAssisting with relief cover for reception as requiredThe Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following :
