This successful and well established law firm which is recognised in Doyles guide and Best Lawyers and Law Firm rankings currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer / Senior Associate to join its Employment, Workplace Relations and Safety team to assist with increased levels of activity and growth.
You will be working with a broad range of clients from global employers to not for profit organisations and insurers, advising on contentious and non-contentious matters and complex workplace issues. We provide advice from recruitment, management of employees, through to termination (including drafting and advising on employment contracts and policies, advising on disciplinary and absence issues and representing clients in proceedings (eg Unfair Dismissal, General Protections and Discrimination) and advising on workplace investigations.
You will have direct exposure to clients, the ability to manage your own caseload and develop client relationships.
