About The RoleWe are currently looking for a National Finance Manager to drive business performance through in-depth analysis and insights.
This position is based in our Western Sydney office.Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited ToImprove the group's internal control environment and align it with the maturity curve expectation.Conduct profitability analysis; assess state and yard profitability to understand key business drivers and develop initiatives to manage gaps.Perform cash flow analysis to understand key drivers and develop initiatives to improve cash flow performance.Prepare accurate and timely presentations of consolidated management accounts and financial forecasts.Assist in economic analysis of consolidated earnings results for presentation to lenders, investors, and the Board.Review budgets, forecasts, and results at a consolidated level across Australia Recycling for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key PMAF metrics.Provide leadership, support, and direction.We seek an individual with strong analytical skills capable of identifying major trends and providing insights.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to develop strategic financial goals are essential.Skills And Experience Required IncludeBachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, or finance.Experience in a vertically integrated company, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, mining, and metals sectors.Ability to build positive, constructive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strong financial modelling skills.Key BenefitsGenerous parental leave : 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for employees with at least 12 months of service.
