National Manager Key Accounts & Partnerships | Asset FinanceFantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager within Asset Finance Sales to join highly regarded Non-Bank Lender as National Manager Key Accounts & Partnership - Asset Finance.The National Manager Key Accounts & Partnerships – Asset Finance role is to manage the performance of key aggregators on a national level to achieve desired volume and targets.
You will work with the Head of Sales to develop and execute business strategy, compliance, pricing surveillance and performance monitoring to ensure continued growth in the Asset Finance market.Responsibilities include : Manage the development and implementation of sales strategy with other sales leaders, with regards to pricing, process and innovation.Develop, manage and grow Introducer relationships.Provide strong data and analytical skills to provide high level insights to the business.Ensure the ongoing and appropriate development of staff to enable them to achieve their full potential.Support an environment that staff want to engage in, leading to better outcomes for all parties.Ensure regulatory and operational best practice is adhered to.To be successful you will possess : Minimum 5 years Senior Management experience within Asset Finance Sales / Third party Asset Finance Sales / Consumer and or Commercial Asset Finance.Minimum 10 years experience within Asset Finance with strong relationships in place.Proven record of exceeding Sales targets.Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills.Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline is desirable.This rare and sought after position is sure to move off the market quickly so don't delay in applying.
