Are you passionate about driving excellence in healthcare? We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead and drive the quality, safety and continuous improvement framework across our Oncology practices in Western Australia.

This is a permanent role , offering a 9-day fortnight and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

More specifically, you will :

• Support the ongoing implementation of the clinical governance framework.
• Lead and drive design, rollout, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Report quality outcomes to the state and nationally drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both patient and employee groups.
• Provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with national safety and quality standards (e.g., NSQHS).
• Support staff safety and quality capability building
• Represent quality and safety as a key member of the state leadership team.
• Contribute to national quality projects as part of the broader quality team.
