The Regional Manager WA will provide strategic direction and leadership whilst overseeing the operational management, governance and commercial responsibility of the Monash IVF Group business in Western Australia. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will coordinate the service delivery in the WA clinics and ensure the teams are delivering the best-in-class patient care.. Working collaboratively with the Regional Managers across Australia, as well as the local leadership teams, the role will focus on ensuring the readiness of the facility, resolving day-to-day operational matters, and promoting the growth of Monash IVF Group. You will drive Employee and Clinician engagement and your well-respected leadership style and ability to build positive relationships will enrich the workplace culture.
