THE ROLE :

As a Legal Personal Assistant supporting up to Partner Level, you will play a critical role in the seamless operation of the practice. Your responsibilities will include :

• Email, File, and Document Management : Ensuring all communications and legal documents are meticulously organized and easily accessible.
• Client Liaison : Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate information while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ad Hoc Secretarial Duties : Assisting with various tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the firm.
• Diary and Calendar Management : Coordinating appointments and meetings to ensure the Partner’s schedule is efficiently managed.
• Document Preparation and Correspondence : Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• End of Month Billing : Processing billing statements and managing related financial documentation, contributing to the firm’s financial efficiency.
• Photocopying, Filing, and Archiving : Maintaining an organized and efficient filing system, ensuring all documents are properly archived and easily retrievable.
