Your driven and proactive nature sees you one step ahead of your Directors' needs, performing each task to a professional standard and with personal pride. Your relationship management skills will shine in this role, allowing you to deftly build, manage and navigate connections between Directors, support staff, family members, investors and other stakeholders.
Finally, your demonstrated track record in this space will see you hit the ground running in establishing your value to your Directors in identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining administrative activities, and optimising time management.
Position responsibilitiesadministering company and trust documentationmanaging investment portfolios and other assetscoordinating philanthropic activitiesreviewing legal documentation such as contracts and agreementsacting as a conduit between the directors, external stakeholders, and investorsmanaging calendars and appointments for your leaders, their family members and office teamproviding quality and timely administrative support including digital filing, data entry and printingperforming financial management processes such as expense claims, reporting, raising invoices, and reconciling accountssupporting meetings through preparing minutes, briefing notes, agendas and reportingcoordinating inbound and outbound correspondence in a professional and timely manner, including preparation of daily briefs and responses as requiredcoordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for your directors and their familiesmanaging events including meetings, social and personal functionsoverseeing supplies, equipment ordering, and inventoryassisting with various personal matters such as making appointments, restaurant bookings and other errands as neededQualities you'll need to succeedthe highest level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness in all confidential mattersability to develop positive, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholderswell-developed planning and organisational skillssuperior written and verbal communication skillsproactive, positive and driven attitudeability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a teamhigh level of emotional intelligenceoutstanding attention to detailability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the one time to meet specified timelinesPreferred skills and experienceminimum 5 years' experience within a family office or supporting a HNWFdemonstrated track record in wealth managementAustralian driver licence and own vehicleBenefitshybrid working conditionsopportunity to make new role your ownhigh level of autonomy within a trusted position
