About the Company

Davidson are working with a federal government client who are seeking experienced Tender Evaluation Officers. This role will be sitting within the Accounting and Finance division.

About the Role

This role will be assisting with the evaluation of responses for the new ICT Panel Arrangement. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing category responses against the evaluation criteria.

The successful candidates will complete tender evaluation and assessment tasks.

  • Assists in gathering information on tender results, analysing and converting results into useful and meaningful data.
  • Provides varied secretarial and office administrative assistance to the Tenders Committee.
  • Accesses, sorts and drafts appropriate responses to requests / queries

About You

  • The client is looking for motivated self-starters with experience assessing responses against a framework, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work at pace on repetitive tasks with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience in procurement or contract / tender evaluations is desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and a baseline security clearance will be required for successful applicants.

  • 50 to $55 per hour + Super
  • 3-month initial contract, possible ext. (Start mid-July)
