• Deliver L2 / L3 operational support for a complex enterprise network.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure.
• Provide advanced support for Checkpoint firewalls, ensuring network security and reliability.
• Resolve escalations and ensure seamless network performance across key operational sites.
