About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a  friendly and motivated individual  to join our vibrant Hosted Events Sales team! As a  Sales Coordinator , you’ll help customers across Australia plan and book memorable hosted experiences, from wine tours to birthday parties and corporate events.

We’re looking for someone who :

• Can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week on a casual basis, ideally Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - with occasional flexibility for weekend coverage when required.
• Is reliable and flexible, with availability to work full days around standard business hours (9-5).
• Has previous sales or strong customer-facing experience, with a knack for building genuine rapport.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to hit sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Is a quick learner with energy, ambition, and the motivation to contribute to a growing team.

Our office is based in Abbotsford, Melbourne, with a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to split your time between the office and home.
