These roles are ideal for industry specialists with deep expertise in aviation safety, airline operations, airport management, aviation security, or human factors who are passionate about shaping the next generation of aviation talent.As a casual industry specialist, you will support the design and / or delivery of high-quality, relevant learning experiences across our student and industry-facing programs.
This may include contributing to curriculum design, co-delivering workshops, mentoring students, or providing technical input into short courses and micro credentials.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute subject matter expertise to the design of learning materials and course contentDeliver or co-deliver workshops, guest lectures, or short courses to students and / or industry clientsReview and provide feedback on curriculum, assessments, or training resourcesSupport the integration of real-world case studies and emerging industry trends into learning activitiesCollaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure content relevance and qualityRepresent industry best practice and support the Academy's goal of future-ready aviation educationAbout YouTo be successful in this position, you'll have : Significant professional experience (5+ years) in one or more of the following areas : Aviation safety – SMS, QMS, FOQAAirline or flight operationsAirport management or securityHuman factors and safety cultureA passion for education mentoring, and / or capability buildingStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to translate complex operational knowledge into engaging learning contentPrevious training or instructional experience (desirable but not essential)Applications will reviewed as they are received and interviews may occur prior to the application close date.
