We are hiring

• Product Specialists
• for our newest flagship location at
• Westfield Fountain Gate
• opening in March-April 2025! New staff will need to travel to
• Melbourne CBD
• Brunswick
• for training before the store opens.
• Key Responsibilities
• Achieving store-based KPIs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while juggling multiple tasks or customers.
• Developing in-depth product knowledge of DJI products & services (training provided).
• Demonstrating and test-flying drones for customers.
• Assisting in our
• New Pilot Experience (NPE) Training sessions
• hosted on Thursday nights.
• Helping customers set up their drones for the first time and troubleshooting common issues.

• A passionate, dedicated individual with a desire to learn and self-improve.
• Retail and sales experience is ideal but not necessary.
• Interest in drones, cameras, and technology is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding listening, communication, and people skills.
• Good personal presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
