At Gram we make bulk food shopping a little more fun, interactive and personal. We provide a vast range of unpackaged food, personal care and cleaning products to our dedicated shoppers. We pride ourselves on providing that next level of customer care and excell in our product knowledge. We are looking for a mature, hard working, honest person with experience in excellent customer service to join our ethically minded and caring Elwood team. The position will be casual with a minimum of 3 days per week. Weekend availability and flexibility will be required.

Some of the qualities we are looking for are :

• Experience in excellent customer service
• Interest in sustainability, health and wellbeing, with food knowledge
• Can work as a team player as well as independently
• Physically able to lift our products and adhere to OH&S.
