In this role, you will also conduct face to face appointments with clients who may be experiencing a range of complex issues including domestic violence, substance use, mental health and suicidal ideation.

High volume service requiring your ability to build rapport quickly and engage clients via telephoneWorking closely in a small team environment supporting clientsDaily entry of client notes into client management softwareWorking on a rostered basis, totaling 152 hours over a four-week period, with shifts including 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm, 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, and 11 : 15am - 7 : 15pm, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).Selection CriteriaSuccessful completion of Tertiary level qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines.
