We are seeking a skilled building supervisor to join our team as a key member in the delivery of a range of specialised modular construction projects.

You will oversee all aspects of modular construction within our state-of-the-art High Wycombe production facility, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and budget compliance. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in modular construction or building supervision, especially across projects of different sizes and complexity. You'll enjoy a varied workload, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities to further develop your skills with a market leader in modular construction.

You are a skilled building supervisor in the modular construction sector with a strong history of completing projects on schedule and within budget, all while maintaining the highest HSEQ standards. You set the standard for your team, offering clear guidance and support to both contractors and internal staff. Your commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork ensures that project goals are consistently achieved or surpassed.
