• Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions
• Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible coverage and premiums
• Process and manage insurance claims
• Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
• Requirements
• Assistant Account Executives to Senior Account Executives are sort after.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience as an Insurance Broker
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Relevant qualifications in insurance or finance
