Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Conducting assessments and developing therapy plansCollaborating with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsProviding education and support to clients and familiesMaintaining accurate client recordsEngaging in professional development and quality improvement activitiesAbout You Along with a strong work ethic and relevant experience, you will have / be :
