A globally respected engineering and manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in the Australian mining and industrial sectors is seeking a passionate and results-driven State Manager to lead operations in Western Australia . This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a key regional market, driving growth, leading a small team, and building lasting client partnerships within the mining and heavy industry sectors.

About the Role :

As State Manager – WA , you will report directly to the National Director and lead all sales and operational functions in the state. With a strong focus on business development, technical sales , and client relationship management , you’ll be pivotal in expanding the brand's footprint across WA’s mining and remote regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a small, high-performing WA-based team focused on sales and technical support
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients across WA
• Develop and implement state-level sales strategies to achieve branch KPIs and national goals
• Prospect and secure new business opportunities across the mining and industrial sectors
• Conduct regular face-to-face client visits across all WA regions, including remote locations
• Provide technical support including pump selection, application analysis, and troubleshooting
• Prepare and deliver quotations in line with pricing strategy and client requirements
• Analyse and interpret pump curves and process flow diagrams to support client needs
