Law Clerk - Property & Development

About the role.....

Our client is a highly regarded and well-established law firm known for their friendly and inclusive work culture. They now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Law Clerk to consolidate their career and become an integral member of their Property Team.

Working closely with a Property Lawyer you'll being involved primarily in property development matters, as well as some residential matters, when required.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to : -

• prepare and manage subdivisions and high volume developments (inc. vacant lots, townhouses, high-rise apartments)
• draft correspondence, special conditions, contracts and s32's
• prepare trust account requisitions
• build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively liaise with other parties and stakeholders
• prepare State Revenue Office documents
• arrange settlements via PEXA and paper (when required)
• prepare bills
• create, manage and maintain sales summary reports / spreadsheets for clients

Skills and experience we'd love....

Previous experience as a Property Law Clerk is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate : -
