Requirements :

1. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

2. With minimum 3 years nursing experience

3. AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) Registered

4. Proficient in English speaking and writing

• Responsibilities

The role of the Registered Nurse is planning care around meeting the therapeutic and care needs of the person entrusted to your care, as well as providing clinical focussed supervision, as part of delegation or supporting and supervising the practice of an Enrolled Nurse and / or carers. As a member of the clinical team you will perform in accordance with

legislation and practice within a professional and ethical framework. An employee at this level accepts accountability for own standards of nursing care and for activities delegated to others. A Registered Nurse working at this level would normally be responsible for the provision of all Nursing Care at the relevant Aged Care Facility. This position is normally the most senior Registered Nurse on duty during normal business hours of operation.
