Job Description

The Group  Program Coordinator – Security  reports to the Global Security Portfolio Director plays a key role in supporting the  effective planning, coordination, communication, and administration of portfolio operations.

This role is based in our  Melbourne CBD  office.

The role

This role requires an understanding of program and project management methodologies, financial oversight, risk management, and communication strategies to ensure sound governance and effective execution across portfolio, program and project activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and maintain the portfolio roadmap, master schedules, budgets, and expenditure tracking.
• Implement and manage 3PM governance tools, reporting, and documentation standards.
• Liaise across internal security, technology, and business teams to minimise project impacts.
• Manage access to team tools and systems, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks and maintain program documentation and repositories.
• Support financial activities including forecasting, reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, and burn rate analysis.
• Facilitate status reporting, project site maintenance, and dashboard development to track spend and benefits.
• Oversee RAID activities, including risk, issue, and dependency management across the program.
• Assist in planning and coordination of change management activities.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Portfolio Director and respond to ad hoc requests.
