We are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for their Kings Park site.
The roleThis is a full time, permanent position with a well established and supportive company in a niche market.
You will be leading the order process and ensuring the smooth transaction from inception to delivery of goods.
Duties Include :
Manage day-to-day orders and client communicationsActively engage with customers and account managers to understand the individual operations in detail.Ensure runs and schedules are documented and managed correctly.Work closely with the supply chain analyst to ensure stock and freight is allocated according to customer demand and location.Arranging transport and liaising with 3pl providersAnalyse data and provide streamlining to processesManage stock levelsMaintain supply chain inventory and recordsImplementing operating procedure improvements as the company growsProducing reportsInvoicing customers as and when requiredApplicant requirementsPrevious experience as a dispatch / logistics coordinator IS ESSENTIALMust have excellent knowledge of the supply chain processAn intermediate user of exelYou will be a strong communicatorA good problem solver and someone capable of juggling deadlinesExcellent analytical skillsA team player, someone flexible in their approach to workExperience using an ERP system would be advantageous but not essentialThis is a full time role, Monday to Friday (9am
