Role Overview :

As Residential Concierge (referred to internally as Resident Experience Team Member), you will be a warm and welcoming presence that shapes an exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and best in class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community across Realm Caulfield.

Key responsibilities include :

• Provide exceptional service to residents and guests, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Assist with leasing and property management tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and room showings.
• Take ownership of issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and followed through to completion.
• Maintain positive relationships with property services (maintenance, cleaners, security) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure residents’ tenancy rights, privacy, and safety are upheld while actively participating in emergency response efforts.

About You :

It is essential that you possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience in property management administration.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. More about you :
