Children'S Publishing Coordinator

In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our children's publishing operations, providing essential administrative support including :

Coordinating meetings and taking minutesAssisting with room bookingsUpdating and maintaining databases and systemsEntering eligible books in literary awardsProcessing invoices and expensesProviding reports, sales data, and costingsUpdating contact listsResponding to internal and external inquiriesThis role is largely administrative but will encompass a small amount of editorial support where required, including picture research and permissions, fact-checking, and proofreading. What We're Looking For :

A highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong time management and prioritisation skills.A high standard of literacy, both verbal and written, and a passion for children's books.Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who enjoys supporting others.Previous administrative experience, a love of reading, and an interest in the book industry.Computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office.
