The RED OHMS Group is a leadingconsultancy firm servicing a number of sectors including mining oil and gas (onshore and offshore) government education manufacturing infrastructure construction industrial and commercial across Australia. We specialise in providing occupational hygiene environment hazmat training support and solutions for our leadership technical operations and business support services are based around the country in Perth (HQ) Sydney Brisbane Darwin and Kalgoorlie.

The Opportunity

Our Hazmat WA business unit is currently building a significant portfolio of work and growing rapidly. We are therefore seeking expressions of interest from hazmat professionals interested in executing and overseeing project work for our clients across WA.

As a Hazmat Consultant You Will :

• Conduct surveys inspections or assist in managing the completion of surveys and inspections for the presence of asbestos or hazardous materials building materials.
• Conduct or manage completion of asbestos airborne fibre sampling in accordance with relevant standards or guidance documents.
• Undertake visual clearance inspections following asbestos remediation.
• Manage asbestos remediation projects for our clients.
• Write technical reports and developing asbestos registers management plans and technical scopes.
• Assist Senior Consultants and Team Leads in the management of largescale HazMat projects.

About You :

If you are currently based outside Australia and interested in this role you will be able to demonstrate at least three years of relevant work experience in hazardous materials. An undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
