About the Role

The Membership Consultant will be the face of the brand, engaging with prospective members and helping them take the first step in their wellness journey. Working closely with the sales and front-of-house teams, the consultant will play a key role in driving membership growth and creating lasting impressions.

Skills and Experience

Strong sales abilities with a passion for exceeding goals

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships

Highly energetic, approachable, and confident

Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally within fitness or wellness

A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges
