Role Description As a Business Development Manager at Vodafone Business Centre North Sydney, your role is to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting B2B opportunities into long-term customers. You'll represent one of Australia's most trusted telco brands, offering cutting-edge solutions backed by unbeatable value and doubled network coverage.
You'll be supported by a full-time telemarketer who actively generates qualified leads to help fuel your pipeline. At the same time, you'll be expected to independently prospect and generate your own opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and industry connections.

Key Responsibilities Work both inbound leads (from our in-house telemarketer) and outbound self-sourced prospectsIdentify and win new B2B customers across a variety of industriesManage the full sales cycle : prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closingConfidently present Vodafone's business offerings, including mobile, broadband, and enterprise solutionsDevelop customised proposals that clearly communicate valueMaintain CRM accuracy and manage a healthy, active pipelineConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsDeliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new clientsStay across telco and tech trends to add value in every interactionCollaborate with a high-energy, motivated sales teamKey Skills & Attributes A hunter mindset — persistent, self-starting, and competitiveStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage time and pipeline effectively with minimal supervisionResilience, drive, and a desire to succeed in a target-driven environmentClient-focused, professional, and commercially astuteCoachable and open to ongoing training and developmentQualifications & Experience 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in telco, ICT, or technology)Proven success in generating and closing new businessComfortable working with CRM systems and reporting on sales activityExperience in telecommunications or IT-related fields is highly regardedReady to Make Your Move?
