Job description
  • Responsibilities
  • Collect and organize social media data from various sources, including social media platforms, analytics tools, and client reports.
  • Enter and manage data in spreadsheets or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data.
  • Prepare and present data reports to clients or internal team members.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media data management.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a data entry administrator, preferably in a social media or digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
